By placing this order via Internet/E-mail, I understand that I (or my school/business) are liable for the full cost and prompt payment in full for the order of which I am placing.

I also understand that I may cancel my order within 3 days after the order has been placed unless the product has been shipped, printed or cut.  If so, I am subject to a cancellation fee.

Notwithstanding all that is noted above, Rain Ponchos Plus, LLC./a.k.a. RainPonchos.com, reserves the right to refuse acceptance of the cancellation  of any order unless a "Letter of Cancellation" is received by Rain Ponchos Plus, LLC./a.k.a. www.RainPonchos.com and the product has been received by the Rain Ponchos Plus warehouse within thirty (30) days after the order has been received/delivered to the individual/business/school.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Orders which include non-stock color, screen printing, embroidery or any special personalization may be cancelled up to 3 days after the order has been placed, if the product has not been printed or cut. Thereafter, special orders may not be cancelled.
