In The Beginning
Under the company name "Littwitz Investments" and domain name www.RainPonchos.com, David Littwitz teams with Cerf Brothers and introduces Nylon Rain Ponchos under the brand name "Camp Inn" to the high school & college band and dance/drill team industry.

Changing Hands
Littwitz Investments sells "www.RainPonchos.com" and  it becomes 100% "woman owned".  Operations continue under the umbrella "Rain Ponchos Plus".  E-tail site is launched for Internet sales to the public.  Product line is expanded.

Moving to Texas
Cerf Brothers Bag Company ceases production and closes doors.  Rain Ponchos Plus begins the manufacture of Nylon Rain Ponchos in Texas under the "Rain Ponchos Plus" label.

New Safety Colors
The new colors of Florescent Orange and Lime Green are introduced to the Nylon Rain Poncho line.

Expansion
Rain Ponchos Plus outgrows location and operations move to new warehouse facility in Keller, Texas.
