RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

While we take pride in all of our Rain Ponchos Plus products, if you are not satisfied with our online purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective Rain Ponchos Plus products for up to 30 days after the shipment date.  Refunds for merchandise returned within the eligible time period will be credited in the same form as the original payment method.  Merchandise must be returned with all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers with tags attached (if applicable) and accompanied by the packing slip or invoice.  Unfortunately, pierced jewelry, undergarments, lingerie, fragrances, lotions and items marked "final sale" on the website, tag or invoice are not returnable.  Original shipping charges charges are non-refundable. 

  • Refunds are limited to product price.

  • Shipping Fees are not refunded.

  • Personalized items are not refundable

  • Sale items are not refundable

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION

STEP 1:   Visit our Online Returns Center at "Exchanges and Returns" and print the form. 
Call 800-658-1008 to receive a Return Authorization number and return shipping label..  For Exchanges please note:  You will be charged for replacement merchandise and you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us.  Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.
       
STEP 2:   Print the Return Authorization Form & Prepare your Shipping Label.
Enclose your Return Authorization form in the return package with the item(s) you are sending back to us.  The return shipping fee for each shipping label used will be deducted from your refund. We suggest consolidating your return by using only shipping container, if possible.  If you do not wish to use the return shipping we provide, you may send it back using your own traceable shipping method.  We strongly suggest you insure your package if using an alternate shipping method since Rain Ponchos Plus is not responsible for returns that we do not receive.
       
STEP 3:   Securely package the articles with original internal packing materials, boxes or container.  Secure the shipping label on the package (covering up any old labels and UPC codes) and drop off at your nearest US Post Office location or you may leave in your mailbox for local postal carrier pickup.

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then you replacement or refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days. For credit card refunds, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Rain Ponchos Plus may determine that a refund can be issued without requiring a return.  If you are not required to mail your item back for a refund, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Associate.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We on replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item but a different color, send us an email at sales@rainponchosinc.com and return your item to us..

Gift Returns:  
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

Specialty Orders:  
Screen printed and/or monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Sale Items:  
Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Partial Refunds & Restocking Fees
If a return item is received beyond the 30 day return window but no later than 60 days after delivery  to the customer, a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Rain Ponchos Plus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.  Upon inquiry, Rain Ponchos Plus will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
